Accessibility statement
We work to make UrKidsBook usable by adult buyers with a wide range of access needs, and we want to hear when something gets in the way.
What the web experience supports
These features are implemented today. They are part of ongoing accessibility work, not a claim of independent certification.
- A skip link moves keyboard users directly to the main page content.
- Keyboard focus is visible, and the floating Help and Concierge panels close with Escape and restore focus.
- Motion is reduced when your device or browser requests reduced motion.
- Forms use visible or screen-reader labels, and changing helper responses are announced politely.
- Primary controls are designed with touch use and text scaling in mind.
Standard we target
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA across public, creation, checkout, review, and account surfaces. Conformance can change as the product changes, so we test continuously and treat reported barriers as product defects.
Character representation and generated media
Character approval supports visible accessibility features such as mobility devices, prosthetics, wheelchairs, and hearing devices. Generated results can vary, so please review every character and page before approving it and report anything inaccurate.
Captions, transcripts, audio description, and other media alternatives may not yet be available for every generated product. Product pages must not imply that an unavailable alternative exists.
Report an accessibility barrier
Use the support form and choose the accessibility topic. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—your browser and assistive technology.
